تحترم جمك خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، ومع مَن نشاركها. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
معلومات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، واسم المستخدم.
بيانات اللياقة والصحة التي تُدخلها بنفسك: العمر، الجنس، الطول، الوزن، الأهداف، مستوى النشاط، التمارين، الوجبات والسعرات، شرب الماء، وصور التقدم.
بيانات الاستخدام والجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، ومعرّفات تقنية لأغراض التحليلات والإعلانات.
لتشغيل التطبيق وتقديم خططك التدريبية والغذائية، وحساب احتياجك من السعرات، وعرض تقدمك، وإرسال التذكيرات والإشعارات، وتحسين التطبيق، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob لإبقائه مجانياً. قد تستخدم خدمات الإعلانات معرّفات الجهاز لعرض إعلانات أنسب. يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو تحديده من إعدادات جهازك.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات أعلاه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق، أو إذا فرض القانون ذلك. إذا كنت عضواً في نادٍ عبر التطبيق، فقد يرى مدرّبك/النادي بياناتك التدريبية المرتبطة بعضويتك.
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك فعّال. نحمي كلمات المرور والرموز الحسّاسة بتخزين مشفّر على جهازك (Keystore/Keychain) ونستخدم اتصالاً آمناً مع خوادمنا. لا توجد طريقة آمنة 100%، لكننا نبذل جهداً معقولاً لحمايتها.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات من طفل دون هذا السن سنحذفها.
يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تعديلها من داخل التطبيق، أو طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك عبر مراسلتنا على البريد أدناه.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة مع تاريخ التحديث.
Jamk respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, how we use and protect it, and who we share it with. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Account info: name, email, and username.
Fitness & health data you enter: age, gender, height, weight, goals, activity level, workouts, meals & calories, water intake, and progress photos.
Usage & device data: device type, OS, and technical identifiers used for analytics and ads.
To run the app and deliver your training and nutrition plans, calculate your calorie needs, show your progress, send reminders and notifications, improve the app, and prevent abuse.
The app shows ads via Google AdMob to keep it free. Ad services may use device identifiers to show more relevant ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID from your device settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to run the app, or where required by law. If you join a gym through the app, your gym/coach may see the training data tied to your membership.
We keep your data while your account is active. Passwords and sensitive tokens are kept in encrypted on-device storage (Keystore/Keychain) and we use a secure connection to our servers. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
The app is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under that age, we will delete it.
You can access or edit your data inside the app, or request deletion of your account and data by emailing us at the address below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with its revision date.
